Project Preproduction:
This is a right stage to make all the preliminary work for project production, like making of characters sketches, drawings of objects, appropriate backgrounds and surroundings, layouts and animatics, interfaces and logic for interactive applications (depending upon project tasks and objectives), finding ways of project cost optimization, etc. This whole range of details is naturally dependent upon project total scope and work complexity. Project Production:
This is a stage for project/content implementation itself.
When we talk about project content, we actually mean components of visual part of project, like for example 3D models (objects, characters, buildings), textures, animation and special effects (clouds, smoke, snowfall, fire, flashes, etc.). All these components are necessarily required in most of the nowadays movies or advertizing projects.

Testing and Quality Assurance, Project Acceptance:
This is a very important stage of the project (which precedes project accomplishment), dedicated to project deliveries testing and quality control assurance. At this stage all minor deviations are eliminated and final corrections are made. In other words, this stage is a time for final project/product polishing and verifying of its full correlation with the expected project outcome, prior defined in Project Statement of Work. As soon as our internal Quality Assurance is accomplished, the project is delivered to the customer and then – if everything goes OK - it is formally accepted by the customer. This is definitely an acknowledgement of full customer satisfaction and reliable stepping stone to future co-work
